We use a secure HIPAA-compliant software program for our scheduling, billing, and client forms. Included in this program is a Client Portal feature, which makes the process easier for you.  The Client Portal is a secure location where you can securely pay your bill by credit card, review or update any forms, check on upcoming appointment times, and more.  When you begin services with us, you will create a user name and password for your own portal account and fill out your forms (paperless!) all online. Your Client Portal account will remain yours for the duration of your time with us.

New Clients:

Once you have talked with us over the phone and your first session has been scheduled, you will receive an email inviting you to set up a log in and password to your portal account.  Once you have a portal account, you will then read and fill out the confidential Intake Forms.  Your counselor will not be able to see your forms until you electronically sign them (at the very end of the last page). These forms must be completed and signed prior to your first appointment.

Help!  I’m Not Good With Computers!

If you’d like to try the online portal but struggle with computers, this link will walk you through how to do it (with pictures).  It’s a user-friendly program and is surprisingly easier than you might think.

However, if you give it a try and aren’t able to figure it out, or if you don’t currently have access to a computer, you are welcome to call and request paper forms instead, which you can arrange to be mailed to you or schedule a pick-up prior to your first appointment.  Please call prior to your first appointment to arrange this, if needed, as your appointment cannot occur until the intake forms are completed and signed.
